Easy to use controls are right on the screen. No pull-down menus to memorize or endless clicking to get to the features. The calendar, primary reports, week at a glance, drill down to all scheduled calls and many other powerful controls are right there to "click and go".
A control panel sits comfortably right next to the scheduling board. This is true for all of the boards: service, maintenance, CRM, construction, etc.
